Tryp, Inc. is a pioneering Canadian right-share logistics and e-commerce company founded in 2024 by Mrs. Kolawole. Our journey began with a vision to revolutionize urban transportation with a human-centered approach. However, our story has evolved, and we’re excited to announce our expansion into the fashion industry.
Shipping Policy
At Tryp Inc., we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services to our customers. Please note the following shipping rules:
- Shipping Timeline: All shipping is done within 24 hours after payment has been processed. Orders placed before the close of business hours will be processed and shipped the next day via DHL.
- Delivery Timeline: Shipping through DHL usually takes 4-7 business days. Pre-ordered items and custom orders take two weeks before they can be shipped out.
- Responsibility for Delivery Issues: In cases where DHL is unable to deliver an item due to incorrect address or phone number entered by the customer, refusal to pay duties, failed attempts to reach the customer at the point of delivery, or other reasons beyond our control, we will not be held responsible for the payment of return costs or re-shipping merchandise to the customer.
- Taxes and Duties: We recommend that customers research taxes and duties with their local customs office before placing an order. We are not responsible for advising on exact costs for taxes and duties.
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters.
Return Policy
At Tryp, Inc., we want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can return or exchange items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase.
- Conditions for Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Items purchased on sale, pre-order, or custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping methods and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy
We’ll process refunds promptly, crediting the original payment method.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds to credit cards may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time. Stripe refunds will be processed immediately, but may take a few days to appear in your account.
Governing Law
The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
Disputes Resolution
